Sal J's Bio

Sal Joseph Crifasi began his Real Estate Career in the summer of 2004 working for a Real Estate Firm, Crifasi Real Estate in their Williamsburg, Brooklyn location. Crifasi Real Estate, Inc. was founded by his father, Salvatore Crifasi, 30 years earlier in 1974. After Sal Joseph received his degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, he started working at the Crifasi Real Estate in their Middle Village location. His primary focus was on residential sales, commercial sales and commercial rentals.
In 2007, Sal Joseph became a Licensed Associate Broker. Sal has sold and leased numerous properties both Residential and Commercial in Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, Manhattan and even Staten Island. He takes pride in his ability to specialize in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Combined with his strong work ethic and negotiation skills Sal has developed a special technique to help every buyer and seller feel at ease during each transaction.
Sal Joseph has served as the President for the Western Queens Board of Realtors in 2016, is on the Board of Directors for the Long Island Board of Realtors as well as the Board of Directors for the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island (which includes Queens and Brooklyn). Sal Joseph became a member of the Queensboro Unico Chapter in February of 2018.

In the Spring of 2018 Sal decided to become a REBNY member, giving him access to both the Brokers in the West (Manhattan), the Brokers in the East (Long Island) and everything in Between (Brooklyn and Queens). This combination of being both a member of REBNY and LIBOR will only further strengthen his ability to represent buyers and sellers!

Going almost full circle from his 2004 start in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, Sal Joseph now helps manage the Crifasi Real Estate office located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn on Graham Avenue.
Sal Joseph and his wife, Marilou, live in Glendale. In his free time Sal Joseph enjoys to cook, travel with his wife, and visit different restaurants throughout New York City. His other passion is Crossfit, which you can find him almost any morning, Monday through Friday, at Crossfit Glendale on 83rd St.
